Other Features
The DJI Osmo links to your phone via wifi using the DJI Go mobile app. Camera settings and profiles can be changed here and the app doubles as the viewfinder. Using your phone’s touch screen you can also control the camera rotation remotely from the app, up to a distance of 25m.
Battery life is 60 minutes for video, 6 hours standby time. Batteries typically take 60mins to recharge.
The DJI Osmo is not waterproof.
It comes with a UV filter as standard and is not supplied with ND filters.
Picture quality is impressive for such a small outfit, similar in look and dynamic range to a GoPro. It boasts useful features for inventive shooting such as 360-degree panoramas and time-lapse settings.
