Video modes – 1080p to 4K (3840 x 2160) at 100Mbps using ALL-Intra compression at 30/25/24fps. At 1080 you can also shoot at 90fps. A dedicated “Cinema” mode opens up the sensor to full 4096 x 2160 24p aspect ratio. Capture 1080p at 200Mbs and 4k at 100Mbs.
Sensor details – about half of the the sensor (at 8.3 megapixels) is used to capture 4K. When operating in HD at 1080p the Panasonic Lumix GH4 uses a ‘pixel for pixel’ capture system, giving a true image representation without pixel mapping, binning or zooming required to obtain the final output.
The MTF mount means you can use lots of different lens mount adapters, such as Arri PL and Nikon F mounts (with a crop factor).
