Metabones Speed Booster Leica R to Sony E mount for A7S and NEX cameras
This is a Metabones Speed Booster Leica R to Sony E mount cameras adapter.
Fit Leica R lenses on to the following Sony cameras and increase the maximum aperture by 1 stop, increase Modulation Transfer Function (MTF), and it also makes the lens 0.71 times wider.

It can also be used on the Sony A7S camera switched to APS-C mode.
Designed in part by Brian Caldwell, a champion optical engineer consulting to Panavision etc, the Metabones Speed Booster adapter, specifically built for the Sony NEX E mount cameras, allows you to use a wide range of quality Leica glass from their R lens series on your Sony Camcorder.
Fitting in front of the camera’s sensor and encompassing a beautifully cut and engineered group of glass elements, the Speed Booster fits a full frame prime lens and the glass curve filters that wider image down to fit the camera’s sensor, which also means you let a lot more light on to the sensor. The pictures are sharped in MTF, brighter and with a wider image, less of a crop factor.
