Industry standard HMI Light. The ARRI 2.5K Compact Daylight HMI fresnel is a great source of continuous powerful light. Available with a flicker-free ballast or with a 1000hz Powergems high-speed ballast. Chimera soft boxes are also available for a softer light source.
If you need a lot of light in a powerful package, especially when you are shooting high speed, but still need a light that can run on regular domestic mains supply then this is the best light to have.
Be aware the light, ballast and stand together are fairly heavy to move around.
